Obituary for Blair A. BRAWN

Blair Ashley Brawn passed away peacefully after a long battle with C.O.P.D. at the Chalmers Regional Hospital on Wednesday, August 10th, 2016. Born in Ludlow, NB on April 6, 1939, son of the late Odbur (Hallie Palmer) Brawn. He is survived by his loving wife, Rowena (nee Stewart); their children, Lori Ann Norrad, Tracey (Scott) Nowlan and Blair Brawn; chosen sister, Ruby Hovey; brothers, Cameron (Eva) Palmer and Hilton (Vera) Brawn; grandchildren, Gregory Brawn, Chenise, Patrick, Sadie Norrad and Wyatt Nowlan; many nieces, nephews, and friends. Blair loved his family. He enjoyed playing bingo, crib and coaching baseball. He also loved picking blueberries and fiddle heads. Predeceased by his siblings, Greta (Morris), Victor (Pauline), Ensley, Luther (Vera), Byron (Sally) and Philip (Verna). Visitation will be held from the St. James The Greater Anglican Church, Ludlow on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. A celebration of his life will be held from the St. James The Greater Anglican Church, Ludlow on Monday, August 15, 2016 at 2:00 pm with Father Kevin Stochall officiating.
