The family of the late Darlene L. Baxter announces her passing which occurred on January 13, 2022. Darlene was born in Sussex, NB on January 23, 1945, and was the daughter of the late Allwyn and Sybil (Snider) Norrad.

Darlene is survived by two daughters, Carlene (Rick) and Mysti (Jamie); two sons, Derek (Julie) and Michael (Rie); and two special nephews; Troy (Cathy) and Mitch Norrad; 11 grandchildren; Brandon, Jackie, Jade, Tyler, Emma, Paige, Alli, Colton, Calli, Jack and Lois; 6 great-grandchildren; Bracken, Baxter, Autumn, Blake, Adelyn and Kynlee. Darlene is also survived by three sisters; Gerry (Bill), Ruby (Pat), and Nancy (Bernie); sisters-in-law; Ruth, Shirley, Cathy, Patty Anne, Lois (Darryl), Sandy and Joyce; one brother-in-law Bev (Brenda) and many nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, Darlene is predeceased by her husband Carl, daughter Kim (Neil), sister Zona (Lloyd), and five brothers; Bert, Paul, Jack, Ansel, and Dale. She is also predeceased by nieces; Debbie, Tracy, Ivy Rose, Wanda, and Faith; nephews: Randy and Jarrod.

As per Darlene’s wishes, there will be no visitation. Following cremation at Chipman Funeral Home & Crematorium, a private graveside service will be held at a later date. Memories and condolences may be shared through www.chipmanfuneralhome.ca
