Obituary for Edward "Junior" Ralph Lewis
Edward “Junior” Ralph Lewis, loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle passed away on January 1, 2022 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital at the age of 77. Junior was born in Cumberland Bay, NB on August 4, 1944 son of the late Edward and Nellie (Clark) Lewis.
Dad loved to sing and play his guitar. He was always whistling or humming and he was known to everyone for his infectious laughter and love for life.
Junior is survived by his wife Stella Mary (nee Boudreau) Lewis of 56 years; their children, Karen (Eric) Langin, Shelley (Rodney) Leckey, Sherri (Larry) Chase and Scott Lewis; grandchildren, Brody, Katlyn, Sydney, Laura, Darcey, Noelle and James; brother Reggie (Peggy) Lewis; sisters, Doris (Stephen) Straight and Irene Jenkins; brother-in-law, Mike (Angela) Boudreau; sisters-in-law, Hilda Lemon, Helen (Ronnie) Lawrence and Geraldine (John) Hawkes; special niece, Karen (Cal); many nieces, nephews, wonderful friends and his fury companions, Josie and Zoe.
Predeceased by his parents; brothers, Harold and Lee; sisters, Phyllis Hatt, Violet Thompson and Fearn Jeffery; mother-in-law, Myrtle (Frank) Boudreau; brothers-in-law, Andrew (Mildred) Boudreau, Henry Boudreau and DeeDee Lemon.
No visitation or funeral as requested. Donations in memory of Junior made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Minto Community Resource Center would be appreciated by his family.
