Obituary for Kim Diane Parsons
Kim Diane Parsons of Hampstead, NB passed away peacefully on April 22, 2023 at the Light House View Special Care Home at the age of 64. Kim was born in St. Stephen, NB on December 1, 1958.
She is survived by her brother Andrew (Monette) Thompson; sisters Paula Kirby and Patty Thompson. She is also survived by three nieces, Shelby and Emma Thompson, and Nicole Kirby.
Predeceased by her mother Shirley McDermott Thompson and brother-in-law, Mark Kirby.
Kim had a great sense of humor, always smiling and enjoying her life at the Light House View Special Care Home where she resided for the past 27 years. A special thank you to her care giver and friend, Kelly Estabrooks for the love and support shown to her. She will be greatly missed by all. Kim enjoyed bowling and participating in the special olymphics.
A celebration of Kim’s life will be held at The Drive Baptist Church (150 Greenwood Drive, Fredericton, NB) on May 6, 2023 at 2:00 pm. Reception to follow the service. Interment will take place at a later date.
