Obituary for Pamela Anne "Pam" Folkins (Parlee)
With heavy hearts, the family of Pamela “Pam” Anne Folkins announces her passing at her home in Chipman, surrounded by her family on July 17, 2023 at the age of 66. Pam was born in Sussex, NB on August 27, 1956 the daughter of the late Ernest and Gladys (Hollis) Parlee.
She is survived by her daughter Denise (John) McMackin; sister Patricia Parker; brothers, Gordon (Debbie) Parlee, Jack (Lois) Parlee and Bob (Cathy) Parlee; four grandchildren, Rylan, Samuel, Hiram and Marlin; several nieces, nephews and wonderful friends.
Predeceased by her parents; partner Harold Barton and her brother Bill.
Family will receive comfort at the Chipman Funeral Home on Thursday, July 20, 2023 from 3:00 to 8:00 pm. A service celebrating Pam’s life will be held at the Saunders Irving Chapel at Kingswood University , Sussex, NB on Friday, July 21, 2023 at 11:00 am with Majors Stan and Judy Folkins officiating.
Interment will be private at the Red Bank United Church Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations made to the Chipman Youth Center, the Chipman Bowling Alley or the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
