Obituary for Rae Nadine Brewer (Lawrence)
The passing of Rae Nadine Brewer of Burtts Corner, NB, wife of Orlo Brewer, occurred on October 10, 2022, at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital, Fredericton, NB. Born on June 20, 1939, in Zealand, NB, she was the daughter of the late Winslow and Ethel Lawrence. Rae enjoyed knitting or quilting and was always making something for someone.
Rae is also survived by her children, Audrey Lane (Don Wilson) Chatham, ON; Debbie Forbes (Ken) Noonan, NB; Dawn Jones, Burtt’s Corner, NB; Brian Brewer (Heather Jordan), Douglas, NB; Charlotte Stairs (Brian), Douglas, NB; Sandra Marr (Mark) Hawkins Corner, NB; and Melanie Nierlich (Peter) Mazerolle Settlement, NB; 15 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; her sister Maureen Hyland of Lower Sackville, NS as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sisters Jaska Lawrence, Lila Brewer, Joan Lawrence and sons-in-law Jim Lane and Blair Jones.
Visitation will take place on Thursday, October 13, 2022 at the Cornerstone Bible Church, 668 Route 104, Burtts Corner, NB from 3-4 pm followed by a Memorial Service at 4 pm with Pastor Steve Matthews, Pastor Travis Parent and Pastor Stephen Hoyt officiating. Interment will take place at a later date.
A very special thank you to Dr. Stymiest and the nurses, especially Cassie, on 3SW for the exceptional care they gave to our mother. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Cornerstone Bible Church.
