Obituary for Richard Philip "Rick" Hoyt
The family of Rick Hoyt are sad to announce his passing at Fredericton Hospice House on Sunday, August 13, 2023 at the age of 66. Rick was born in Fredericton, NB on May 20, 1957 the son Shirley Thomas (Ted) and the late David Thomas/Watson Howe.
He is survived by his loving partner “Molly” and his children, Kyle Baily and Jessica Flowers; step-children, Julie (Adam) Brochu, Danny (Raylene) Thomas and three step-grandchildren, Zane, Zoey and Madison; siblings, Randy, Jill, Tammy and Rodney.
Predeceased by his brother Timmy Thomas.
Many who knew Rick knows he loved hunting, fishing, Sports, Music and a cold beer with his friends. A celebration of Rick’s life will be held at a later date. Donations in his memory made to Hospice House Fredericton are appreciated.
