Obituary for Rosemarie Chase (Thompson)
Rosemarie (nanny) Chase born January 16, 1942 and left us on February 16, 2023 at the George Dumont University Hospital in Moncton, NB surrounded by family and love.
Rosemarie was 81 years old. Her life would seem too short to many, but those of us who were fortunate to be touched by her understand that her existence and the impact she left on our hearts exceed the quantity of time that she was physically with us all.
Rosemarie was talented and adventurous in many aspects of her life. She was a master of taking care of everyone she came in contact with and she had an impressive ability to spot a bargain. Rosemarie was also an avid swimmer and loved her beach time whether it was a lake or the ocean. Not a day went by were Rosemarie didn't talk about her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her family and ability to love each of us tremendously was her greatest accomplishment.
Rosemarie is survived by her husband Daryl R.E. Chase; her children Kevin Chase (Ursula), Kimberly Chase and Kelley Boreland (Troy); grandchildren, Barbie Sue, Casey Chase, Zachery Chase, Nikkita Giorgetti, Joseph Grimm, Tanya Grimm, Michael Grimm, Ryan Grimm, Martina Good and Caleb Boreland; great- grandchildren, Tannisha, Averie, Danyka, Ben, Lawson, Chase, Cohen, Cameron, Micaiah and a very special great-great grandson Jayce; siblings, Alegra Knox (Sandy), Paulette Moore, Sonny Thompson (Marlene) and Willard Thompson (Lisa); many special nieces and nephews.
Rosemarie is predeceased by her parents Harry & Marion Thompson; her beloved first born son Cameron Chase and granddaughter Barbie Sue.
