Obituary for Sadie Catherine Donovan (Woodworth)
Sadie Catherine Donovan passed away peacefully at the York Care Centre on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at the age of 95. Sadie was born in Fredericton on July 11, 1926 daughter of the late George and Sadie (MacConnell) Woodworth. Sadie was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She will be forever missed by her sons, Alden (Patsy Hale) and James (Debbie Amos); two grandchildren Darren (Krystal) and Matthew Donovan; four great-grandchildren, Saleen, Shelbey, Aria and Dayla; several nieces and nephews. Mom will be greatly missed by special nephew, Frank Downie who visited her almost daily up until Covid hit.
Predeceased by her parents; brothers, Manley, Linwood and George; sisters, Verna, Greta and Alma; also her hairdresser, friend and mother of Darren and Matthew, Marion Somerville, who always was there for her when needed.
