Obituary for Winston "Scotty" Fitzgerald Davidson
It is with great sadness that the family of Winston "Scotty" Fitzgerald Davidson announces his passing on January 15, 2023 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. Scotty was born in Chipman on October 21, 1940 son of the late Frederick and Margaret (Lyons) Davidson.
He is survived by his brothers, Ottis (Gabriella), Howard and Glenn (Jackie); several nieces and nephews; his caregiver, Judy Caissie and many other family and friends.
Besides his parents, Scotty was predeceased by his brothers, Allen, Blake and Billy Davidson; sister Elva Smith; sisters-in-law Ronalda, Barbara ( Dolly ) and Margaret Davidson.
Scotty loved the outdoors, fishing and hunting were always a big part of his life. He loved family gatherings and spending time with friends in Salmon River.
No visitation or service. A celebration of Scotty's life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion at a later date. Interment will be made in the Second Chipman United Baptist Cemetery. Donations in memory of Scotty made to the charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
